My city is sold out, will additional tickets become available? 

Once a registration is full, we won’t be able to register any additional guests. eBay Open: On the Road is a smaller, more intimate event than past eBay Opens, and ticket quantities are limited.

This event is designed for eBay sellers looking to grow and strengthen their business. Space is limited, and registration is required.

We’re bringing what you love about eBay Open straight to you. This one-day, in-person experience is built to deliver practical tools, clear guidance, and real conversations about what’s next for your business. You’ll hear how we’re investing in seller protections, AI-powered tools, eBay Live selling, and the future of commerce—while gaining hands-on insights to help you build momentum.

What does my ticket include?

Your ticket includes access to a full day of programming, including:

Owners, operators, and marketplace managers will benefit most from the insights and connections offered during the day.

How many people from my business can attend?

Due to limited capacity, we recommend one to two people per business. 

Will tickets be sold at the event?

No. Registration must be completed in advance. Space is limited and onsite registration will not be available.

What is the cost of a ticket?

There is a $25 fee per ticket.

Does my ticket include lodging or travel?

No. Attendees are responsible for their own travel and accommodations.

Once tickets sell out, will more become available?

Due to limited capacity, once a city sells out, additional tickets will not be released.

 

REGISTRATION

How do I register?

Visit the official registration page for your city and click “Register Now.” Follow the prompts to complete your registration. A confirmation email will be sent once your registration is complete.

I don’t have a Seller ID. How do I register?

Due to limited space, this event is intended for registered eBay sellers.

Can I cancel or transfer my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

EVENT DAY DETAILS

What is the recommended attire?

Attire is business casual. We recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket, as event spaces can sometimes feel cool.

Are meals provided?

Yes. Brunch and light refreshments will be served, and the day concludes with a happy hour.

Are children allowed at the event?

All attendees must be at least 18 years of age and registered individually.
